While helping support these Charitable organizations, David has started 2 new Physical Medicine Practices in East Central Indiana; Elite Healthcare of Muncie Inc., Elite Healthcare of Jay County Inc., and manages Miracle Chiropractic in Connersville, Indiana. Each of the Medical Clinics that Mr. David Segraves has started use non-narcotic means to manage pain and alleviate health problems for thousands of people in East Central Indiana.
